Travel insurance eSIM reward Terms and Conditions:

Limited-Time Offer (November 1st to December 8th, 2024):

During this period, the size of the discount will increase to $13 USD, which is equivalent to 10GB of data for the following countries:

Turkey, Spain, United States, Greece, Morocco, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus

All other eligible locations for the $13 discount will receive at least 5GB of data during this period. These eligible locations include:

France, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Norway, Poland, Croatia, Belgium, Malta, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Slovenia, Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein.

This reward will be subject to the terms and conditions below:

  1. The promoter of this offer is Inspop.com Limited trading as Confused.com, whose registered office is at Greyfriars House, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff CF10 3AL. Registration No. 03857130 (“Confused.com”).

  2. The provider of this Offer is eSIM Go Limited (t/a Breeze), a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, whose company registration number is 12465777 and whose registered address is at 8 North Bar Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 0TB.

  3. The discounted eSIM (the “Offer”) is open to UK customers of Confused.com who buy a single or annual multi trip travel insurance policy (“Qualifying Products”) through www.Confused.com (the “Website”) and which can be verified by Confused.com for as long as the Offer is promoted on the Website. Any other products offered on the Website – other than the Qualifying Products stated above – are expressly excluded from the Offer.

  4. By claiming the Offer, customers are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

  5. Only one customer per policy bought is eligible to claim for this Offer and multiple Rewards will not be issued for multiple customers named on a single policy.

  6. A maximum of one Offer claim can be claimed for each single or annual multi trip travel insurance policy bought.

  7. To be eligible for the Offer, you must have a Confused.com account in order to be eligible to claim the Offer. You will be able to redeem the offer after buying a Qualifying Product (as detailed in point 3 above) and completing the Offer claim process initiated on the Website purchase confirmation page.

  8. The claimed eSIM will be installed as detailed by eSIM Go Limited.

  9. The customer will receive a QR code after completing the Offer claim process which will install an eSIM on their phone after being scanned. The customer can start to use the data when the eSIM is activated.

  10. The customer must activate the claimed eSIM prior to 31st January 2025 in order to use the eSIM. Upon activation, the eSIM will be valid for 12 months.

  11. If the $13 USD discount does not cover the selected data package the customer wishes to redeem, the customer will need to pay the difference between the $13 USD and the selected price (the “Difference”).

  12. If the customer pays for any Difference, Confused.com will make 20% commission on the value of the Difference.

  13. The eSIM is subject to its own terms and conditions which are different to those of this Offer. These will be available on the Offer claim process and it is important customers read and understand these before claiming as changes can’t be made after the claim has been submitted.

  14. This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, including offers via third party cash back sites.

  15. This Offer is subject to availability and may be changed by Confused.com at its absolute discretion. The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other gift, voucher or cash value. If a customer chooses to cancel the Offer or suffers damage/loss to their Offer, no replacement offer will be issued. Confused.com accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Offer.

  16. Confused.com reserves the right to refuse claims or restrict access to the Offer if it is determined that the re-selling of policies or eSIMs may cause harm to customers, particularly vulnerable individuals, or may negatively impact Confused.com's reputation.

  17. Confused.com retains the right to reject a customer’s claim on suspicion of malpractice, misrepresentation or any other use which is inconsistent with Confused.com’s terms and conditions. This may also result in Confused.com not being able to offer other products, or insurers offering their products on different terms. Also, Confused.com actively monitors information entered into the Website and pass on intelligence of suspected fraud to other parties including insurance providers, aggregators, financial institutions and fraud prevention agencies. Law enforcement agencies may access and use this information.

  18. Any customer data Confused.com holds during this Offer will be held and used in accordance with the Confused.com privacy notice (available at https://www.confused.com/privacy-and-security/privacy-notice) and current UK data protection legislation.

  19. Confused.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at their discretion and without notice.

  20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
