There are a variety of mobile network perks on offer in the UK. Customers could save hundreds or even thousands of pounds a year with perks from O2, Vodafone, Three and more.
When choosing the most suitable network for you, it helps to know what’s on offer from the bigger and smaller networks. Use this guide to compare rewards from UK mobile networks. Consider whether you would use the offers available or prefer other incentives, such as the ability to gift unused data.
How to compare perks by network?
When comparing perks by network, start by looking at products and services you currently use. For example, a number of popular streaming services are offered as perks and you may already pay for them. These include Audible, discovery+, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. If you choose a network that offers your favourite streaming service as a perk, you can cancel your existing subscription and save.

Sky Mobile perks and rewards
A unique offering from Sky Mobile is Sky Piggyback. With this initiative, any unused data is ‘banked’ at the end of the month rather than lost. You can then share this data with other SIMs on your account or exchange it for discounts on things like laptops, headphones, and other accessories.
There's no limit to how much data you can save, but it automatically expires after 12 months. Other Sky Mobile rewards change regularly and include discounts on thermos water bottles.
If you also pay for a Sky TV package, you can stream Sky apps on your smartphone without using your data, including:
- Sky Go
- Sky Sports
- Sky News
- Sky Kids
Other tips for rewards from your network
7 tips for making the most of mobile rewards and perks:
- Check which perks apply to all customers and which are only for new customers. Some are for new or upgrading customers only. However, O2 promises to offer new and existing customers the same deals.
- If you’re on PAYG, check whether the reward scheme is open to you. Many are only for pay monthly and SIM plan customers.
- If you’re keen to switch to a network with more perks, check your contract end date and work out when to give notice. Check if these are things you genuinely already make use of.
- Cancel any competing subscriptions you already pay for. For example, you’ll want to cancel Spotify if you now get Apple Music for free.
- Remember to cancel a free or discounted time-limited trial if you don’t want to continue paying for it at the end of the offer.
- If you travel abroad regularly, check if your network offers free roaming as a perk. Lebara and several others currently offer this.
- Check rewards and perks against customer service ratings too, if that’s important to you.
