Background:
Jen works in the Compliance & Risk team at Confused.com. Jen joined the business in 2023 after working in compliance at Aldermore Bank, MotoNovo Finance and Deloitte.
Jen works across the business, but particularly closely with our marketing teams. She ensures customer communications are clear, fair and accurate. But by far the most important thing is that she makes sure our communications treat customers fairly.
