Working towards more inclusive titles

At Confused.com, we know that traditional titles might not capture your identity, and we’re sorry that our current options don’t fully represent everyone at the moment. We recognise the importance of offering choices that reflect all genders, including those who are gender fluid or non-binary.

Right now, we’re working behind the scenes to update our systems so we can offer more inclusive choices. Unfortunately, these changes take time as we need to ensure they work smoothly with our partners' systems too. But rest assured that we’re making progress and are committed to providing a more inclusive experience as soon as possible.

Every time you select a title, your choice ensures that our system matches your details with the data our partners need. It doesn’t affect your quote or the prices you see.

Our team is working towards making changes to better represent everyone’s identity.

For now, we ask you to select from the options currently available. We acknowledge that this isn’t ideal – and we are working with our partners to expand the available title options. Thank you for bearing with us as we work to make our service more inclusive.

Steps we've taken towards inclusivity
